When you find just one bread roll left, and you know damn well that it’s going to be too dry to enjoy for your lunch, then think outside the bread bin and turn it into breakfast instead.
Yes I know it’s only one bread roll, and in the general scheme of things, it won’t be a great loss to chuck it away, but sometimes the devil is in the detail for a girl on a pension.
Just cut it a different way.
Slice it into well……..slices, toast them, serve with butter and marmalade, and a BIG cup of your fave beverage…….ENJOY!
